Hello Beautiful Women of Purpose!

You are loved beyond measure! You are God's beloved, His chosen precious treasure. He has empowered you for His purposes in the earth and wants you to be equipped and strengthened by His continual presence. Your crucial ministry to your husband, your family, His Church and to a hurting world is fueled by a life of prayer and the Word. I am committed to your growth in these areas and to helping you run your race and finish it well. I am committed to God's will for all of our lives. Whatever your age, it is crucial that you are connected to women of faith and love who are pursuing God relentlessly. As we encourage one another and love one another we will go forward in His exciting plan. It is my honor to serve you here at the River and what a thrill it would be to have you connect and become involved with Women of Purpose.

Please remember that you are God's darling focus - that He is walking with you, and empowering you each moment to live BIG in and through you. He loves and believes in you more that you can imagine, and so do we! If there is anything we can do to help you feel more connected and at home, please feel free to call. Amy's message on the life of Ruth:

We offer numerous exciting events throughout the year for women of all ages. These events provide an atmosphere for women to discover their passion for what God has called them to do and is an excellent way to have fun, build relationships, impact those around them and allow the Word to change their lives. Below are some of our specific events for this year. Additionally, there are Bible studies, weekly coffee gatherings, fellowship events and outreach events each month.


Monthly Women of Purpose
The 3rd Saturday of each month we gather together for a delicious breakfast followed by a time of worship, inspiring teaching and prayer.


Women's Prayer at the River
Join us Thursdays at 1:00 pm for a time of powerful prayer. Jeremiah 33:3 "Call unto me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things which you do not know."

Heart2Heart meetings
These vary with month, see calendar for details.  Meetings are held at the Carlsbad Seapoint Resort, hosted by Carol Gullingsrud of Heart2Heart Ministries (no cost).

Annual Christmas Luncheon
This is a favorite event to bring family and friends. It will be a lovely candle-lite event with themed tables, Christmas worship, delicious catered meal, lots of fun with friends, illustrated Christmas message with Amy Stoehr "Seated at the Table of God's Grace"
